At MyWorking, we are committed to providing a secure, intelligent, and transparent experience. To help you enhance your professional profile, our platform is powered by Google Gemini (specifically Gemini 2.5 Flash, Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite, and Gemini 3 Flash Preview).

By using the AI-powered features within the platform, you grant explicit consent for the data processing described in this document. All AI-generated suggestions are clearly identified visually within the platform.

1. How We Use AI (Features & Explainability)

We utilize Google Gemini to power specific tools designed to boost your career:

  • CV Copilot: An AI assistant that provides contextual advice on resume writing and can automatically format your experience to professional standards (Harvard format).

  • ATS Analysis & Job Matching: Evaluates your CV against specific job descriptions and connects your profile with market opportunities. These results are strictly based on semantic keyword matching, your declared experience, and the technical requirements of the job postings.

  • Learning Path Copilot: Creates customized study plans and recommends courses based on your academic profile and career goals.

  • Interview Simulator: Generates role-specific questions and processes your audio responses to provide transcriptions and constructive feedback.

2. Privacy, Data Retention & Security

When you interact with our AI features, the data exchanged with the Google Gemini API is strictly limited to the context of the task.

  • What is processed: The professional content of your CV (experience, skills, education), public job descriptions, and audio recordings during interview simulations.

  • What is NEVER shared: We strictly exclude sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII). Passwords, government IDs, financial data, and private messages are never sent to the AI models.

  • Data & Audio Retention: Audio files recorded during interview simulations are sent securely via the Gemini File API exclusively for temporary processing during the evaluation, after which Google automatically deletes them. MyWorking does not retain permanent copies of your audio files. The text analysis generated (like ATS reports or customized CVs) is stored in your private profile in our Firestore database for your convenience until you decide to delete it.

  • No Training on Your Data: In strict compliance with Google Cloud API Terms of Service, the data submitted through our platform is not used to train Google's foundation models.

3. User Control & Responsible AI

  • Human-in-the-loop (Total Control): You have absolute control over your profile. The AI will never modify your resume without your explicit approval, and you can revert any suggested changes.

  • AI Limitations & Risks: While Gemini is highly advanced, it is an assistive tool. AI evaluations, matching scores, and feedback should not be used as the sole criteria for making definitive hiring or career decisions. We recommend reviewing all AI suggestions before applying them professionally.

  • Feedback Mechanism: Our platform includes a direct feedback tool where you can report inaccurate or unhelpful AI responses, which helps us continuously improve our safety guardrails.
